2.Kitchenandbedroomstore.co.uk can only deliver within the UK.

3. You may not cancel your order unless we agree otherwise in writing. This is because all kitchen and bedroom doors purchased are manufatured you your specific size requirements. We may suspend or cancel any order if you fail to pay any money when it is due.

3.All doors from kitchenandbedroomstore.co.uk are made to measure to your specification, therefore doors cannot be returned as they have been made specially for your order. It is your responsibility as the customer to provide us with the correct sizes and measurements for all items ordered. We recommend you ask us for our door measuring guide and order a sample door and swatches before ordering any made to measure doors.

4. Delivery of doors is 15 - 20 working days from date of order.

5. You must inspect goods on delivery. If you believe that we have despatched goods that are defective in material or workmanship or if any item is missing from your order, you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for loss or damage of doors must be submitted to us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must give us (and any carrier)fair chance to inspect any damaged goods. If the goods are found to be defective in material or workmanship we will either (at our decision) rework, replace the goods on a like for like basis or refund the price of the item with this decision to repair, replace or refund being at our discretion.

We are not liable for any other loss or damage arising from the contract or the supply of goods or their use. Any replacement products will require the same lead times as regular orders due to manufacturing turnaround times beyond our control.

For all liabilities not referred to elsewhere in these terms, our liability is limited in damages to the price of the goods. We are not responsible for any costs other than the original price of the goods supplied.
